1. Skin Moisturizer
Natural oils have been used for ages in the beautifying regimes from ancient times until today. Coconut oil has been a best skin moisturizer. After a warm shower and while your skin pores are still open, spread a small amount of oil over your body just like your usual lotion. Its fast absorbing and all organic and natural.
2. Skin Exfoliator
Instead of spending on expensive derma treatments, you may instead concoct your own exfoliating treatment from your cupboard. Coconut oil mixed with a small amount of brown sugar is a good exfoliating remedy which you can apply whenever you feel the need to shed some old dead skin.
Coconut oil is a good natural alternative for chemical based sunscreens which are too heavy and greasy for the skin. Aside from its natural moisturizing effect, it protects the skin from sun’s rays while moisturizing it, creating a healthy shield from the rays of the sun.

Applying coconut oil on your entire scalp can be a good treatment for dandruff. Natural oil can remove the flakes and hydrates the scalp to prevent it from flaking.

Lip balms usually have that greasy feel. Coconut oil, spread thinly on the lips can soften cracking lips. Apply it as often and overnight. With its healing and moisturizing properties, you may drop off the need later on permanently.

Coconut oil has been predominantly known also with its anti-bacterial properties, making it a safe and natural small wound treatment. By applying it on the infected area it is a soothing and protective covering for small wounds and bruises.
10. Massage oil
What could be a good choice for a massage oil but natural virgin coconut oil? Its natural aroma therapeutic essence is both soothing for the body and the senses. Having oil as your choice, instead of lotion or powder, gives that soothing rub feel.
