CoconutGeorge.com ensures to process and ship your parcel in mint condition and packed or crated properly before shipment. Shipping times are approximate and may vary for reasons beyond our control including demand exceeding availability. Except as provided below, our standard shipping policy applies.
Order and Shipping Process
We ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed during the weekend or national holidays will be processed and shipped the following business day.
Once your payment is confirmed, your order with be processed for delivery the next business day. We rely on our excellent partner courier companies for prompt deliveries. Once your order has been confirmed, we will be sending you a confirmation email with your corresponding order/tracking number.
The maximum items allowed per order is up to 3 bottles. If you want to purchase more, you may contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at (+632) 532-4467.
For Metro Manila residents, you shall receive your orders within 3-5 business days. For Provincial shipments, estimated deliveries take 5-8 business days.
Shipping is FREE for orders above Php2,000.00! Otherwise, there is a flat rate shipping fee for 1-3 bottles via DHL of Php80.00 or $1.50 for both Metro Manila and provincial deliveries.
We ship to all countries covered by DHL. We will contact you prior to shipment if there is any major adjustment to the shipping charge due to FedEx/DHL surcharges such as:
- Out of delivery area surcharge
- Address correction
International orders may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Your package is shipped DDU (duties and taxes unpaid). Upon delivery, courier may or may not collect from you any import duties and/or taxes levied by your country’s customs agency. For more information regarding your country’s custom policies, please contact your local customs office.
Rates are based on official published rates of DHL or similar courier services rates and are computed based on 1kg package and the destination.
Returns and Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy with our products. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will provide a refund excluding shipping cost. Just send back our product in its original packaging within 30 days from date of purchase together with a Refund/Return form.
Please send an email to email@example.com with your problem and we will send it back together with the product.
Upon receipt and verification of the returned product, we will refund the total amount paid for. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping and packing charges must be paid by customer. If shipping and packing charges were included in the original purchase, a customer requests a refund or exchange, a shipping fee of $9.95 will be charged.
